PLEASE NOTE: CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED ONLY IF THEY ARE CONTAINED WITHIN A RING OF STONES; FLAMES ARE NEVER MORE THAN 12 INCHES HIGH; THEY ARE NEVER LEFT UNATTENDED; AND ARE FULLY OUT AT MIDNIGHT. Thank You!

9:30 am – MAKE YOUR OWN DOG BED! – Safari Rec Hall – Join master seamstress Carol Stehely, who will lead you through the steps to make a beautiful and super comfortable dog bed for your favorite canine! Supply lists are at the office.
10 am – 5 pm BEACH OPEN – Weather Permitting – Swim only when and where Lifeguard is on duty. There are State Laws for your safety. Please NEVER park in any campsite, especially near the Beach. Thank You!
11am – 1pm RED CRAFT HOUSE OPEN – Projects at reasonable prices for all ages. Children under age 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
5 pm CHILDREN’S HAYWAGON RIDES – Pick-up and drop off at Safari Rec Hall. Parents, please do not allow your child to ride unless you are certain he/she will remain seated. Parents are invited to ride.
7pm FREE PRIZE BINGO – Safari Rec Hall – Fun for all ages!
7 – 10:30 pm BEACH REC HALL OPEN
At Dark – MANHUNT – Beach Rec Hall (NOTE LOCATION CHANGE!!) Flashlight tag – Flashlights provided, or feel free to bring your own.
11 pm ALL QUIET ON SITES
BATS, BALLS, BASKETBALLS, FRISBEES, HOOPS, STILTS, HOCKEY STICKS, ETC., on loan at the office. Ask for Hiking Trail Maps & peruse our Lending Library.
Fishermen – bring your catch to the office to be weighed, photographed with you and entered into our season-long contest.
Trophy & Cash Prize – Labor Day Weekend.
And the fishing contest is off to a good start with this one. A 3.14 lb beauty!
